A lot has happened in this last year. Lots of family changes. My son is in college now, and loving it. I can honestly say my life is much calmer without him around. I miss him but, the calmness in my life is much welcomed! I sound so old! I guess I am. My mother-in-law passed away last week and my husband is with his siblings. I had no complaints with here as a mil but as a mother, she left a lot to be desired. So much so, that we didn’t tell our son about her until he wasa 10 or 11, we figured by then, he would be able to accept her as she was and not for what one thinks a grandma should be. Very strange, I know. But I wish her peace, whereever she is.

I can’t believe it has been a year since I posted anything. Wow. Just got back from Roseburg again too! Another day in the pool today. Only 7 laps. Much do better!
